To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products in the Makeup, Skincare, Hair Care, Bath & Body, and Tools & Accessories collections that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, for health and safety reasons. Please ensure that all tags and seals are intact before returning the product.

Refund Process
